It is with great pleasure and honor that we inform you of our triumphant success in the 2024 Asia Architecture Design Awards. Our project C8A has been selected as a Winner for Asia's Best Conceptual Architecture Design, a testament to our outstanding contribution to the field of architecture. C8A project is an architectural symphony, where the interplay of shapes, spaces, and materials converge to create a work of urban art; it aims to break boundaries and set new standards for innovation and sustainable development in commercial architecture.
The approved master plan includes a 9-story podium for commercial purposes and an 18-story residential tower. From the original concept of two parallel towers connected by a walkway surrounding an atrium, we boldly disrupted the pattern, separating and reassembling the tower blocks into an interlinked, woven structure, presenting a unique and modern appearance. The podium, instead of a monotonous box, features a terraced garden system that expands green spaces, offering diverse viewpoints, enhancing the connection between the tower and the podium, and reducing the massive feel of the podium.
The project is designed for a mixed-use development, integrating grade A office space, retail, F&B, and residential. The ground floor and first floor are dedicated to commercial and F&B activities, creating a vibrant atmosphere that maximizes benefits for both residents and visitors. Office spaces are arranged from the 3rd to the 10th floor, with prime rental space exceeding 20,000 square meters. These areas will be designed to meet LEED Gold standards, ensuring environmental sustainability and a high-quality work environment. The residential component consists of an 18-story tower with a diverse mix of apartments, including larger units with private elevators and dedicated gardens. These premium amenities cater to discerning residents seeking a luxurious living experience. The podium roof is dedicated to resident amenities such as a pool, kid's playground, BBQ area, gym, spa, and club. This diverse range of amenities enhances the quality of life for residents while fostering a strong sense of community.
Sustainability is a core principle in our design. The use of recycled materials, solar energy systems, and water-saving solutions has minimized environmental impact. At the same time, we emphasize creating an effective natural ventilation system to reduce the need for air conditioning.
This project is not merely an architectural endeavor; it stands as a symbol of innovation and sustainable development. We believe that by combining aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability, we have created an ideal living space where individuals can enjoy modern life while connecting with nature.
