The building provides 21 levels of which 18 are dedicated to office function. Office floors are served by 4 passenger lifts equipped with the most advance traffic control system and a versatile service lift.
The floor plate of typical office level is 900 sqm circa with levels from 16 to 19 designed with soft spot slab for the possible fit out of two levels dedicated stair in order of potentially accommodate an enterprise on two floors.
The core-lifts is located to the back side in order to guarantee together with large span of the structure the best efficiency and flexibility in the office layout arrangement. The depth provided in such way easily allows for multiple configurations with open space, meeting rooms, office cubicles and private rooms all perfectly feasible.
Vertical transportation from parking area at basement level to entrance lobby will be handled separately by dedicated shuttle lifts. This solution offer the higher level of access control and at the same time improving vertical circulation efficiency.
The entrance lobby is preceded by a large atrium surmounted by an extensive cantilevered canopy which is a distinguished element of the building. Friendship Tower will be a LEED certified green building and it will be one of the first building to use for the façade walls a special painting with air cleaning properties. The curtain wall will be a high quality unitized system with advanced double glass units able to reduce drastically solar gain with notable benefit on energy costs.
