Manuel là một kiến trúc sư tài năng đến từ Tây Ban Nha với hơn 20 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thiết kế và quản lý tại khu vực Châu Á, Nam Mỹ và Châu Âu. Ông đã lấy bằng Thạc sĩ Kiến trúc tại Đại học Bách khoa Madrid (Tây Ban Nha). Manuel làm việc tại Việt Nam từ năm 2012, ông đã tham gia vào nhiều dự án khác nhau, bao gồm các dự án dân dụng cao tầng và thấp tầng, thương mại dịch vụ, chăm sóc sức khỏe, khách sạn, giáo dục, văn hóa và các dự án phức hợp quy mô lớn. Trước khi gia nhập TwoG, Manuel đã giữ các vị trí quản lý thiết kế cấp cao tại các công ty nổi tiếng thế giới. Trong vai trò Quản lý thiết kế, Manuel đưa ra các ý tưởng thiết kế chất lượng cao và có bề dày kinh nghiệm làm việc với các chuyên gia thiết kế nước ngoài. Ngoài ra thế mạnh nổi trội của ông chính là quản lý thiết kế từ giai đoạn thiết kế ý tưởng đến đến thiết kế bản vẽ thi công và quản lý phối hợp các bộ môn thiết kế.
